We’re hiring a Commercial Coffee Equipment Technician to join our team! The selected candidate will be trained by our existing technician, and then be responsible for completing scheduled and emergency service calls.

Responsibilities:

• Repair commercial coffee equipment

• Perform routine equipment maintenance (preventative maintenance plans)

• Utilize your understanding of electrical and plumbing to diagnose equipment issues

• Perform quality inspections prior to returning the equipment to customer

• Ensure customers receive quality and timely service

• Create and enhance customer relationships by offering optimal service

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing

• Common tool knowledge.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

• Deadline and detail oriented

• Ability to thrive working in a small business and under the service manager’s directives

Our onboarding process entails shop training and learning all aspects of the position, which will occur during the first few weeks of employment. It also includes “ride alongs” with our service technician for observation and on-the-job training.
